Welcome to AS Travels. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. Booking confirmation will be shared via call, SMS, or WhatsApp after payment or advance confirmation.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are based on selected vehicle & distance
• Tolls, parking, and state taxes are extra unless mentioned
• Full payment or advance may be required before trip start

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges depend on trip type & timing
• No refund for last-minute cancellations
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days

4. Driver & Vehicle

AS Travels provides experienced drivers and well-maintained vehicles. Driver allowance, night charges, and waiting charges may apply.

5. Usage Rules

• Illegal activities inside the vehicle are prohibited
• Damage to vehicle interiors will be charged
• Overloading passengers is not allowed

6. Liability

AS Travels shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unavoidable circumstances.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
